You're not here for a diversity checkbox. Neither are we.

The Neurodivergence Voice works with organisations building genuinely inclusive workplaces — and with late-diagnosed adults finally making sense of their story.

Real change. No corporate fluff.

Two ways to work with The Neurodivergence Voice

For Organisations — Neuroinclusion consulting, psychosocial safety assessments, customised workshops, and facilitation for People & Culture leaders who want lasting change, not a one-day seminar.

For You — Late-diagnosed and trying to make sense of it all? You Were Never The Problem is a self-paced digital course built from lived experience. $27 AUD. Start today.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is neurodivergence?

Neurodivergence describes any brain that processes, learns, or experiences the world differently from what's considered neurotypical. And it's far more common — and far more varied — than most people realise.

It's not just autism, and it's certainly not only high-support needs.

Neurodivergence includes ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, OCD, Tourette's, and more. Each exists on a spectrum — meaning two people with the same diagnosis can have completely different experiences, strengths, and challenges.

Many neurodivergent people are highly capable, successful, and have spent decades masking just to fit in. They're in your leadership teams, your high performers, your most creative thinkers. They're also the ones most likely to burn out in workplaces that weren't designed with them in mind.

Understanding the full picture isn't just good practice. It's the difference between inclusion that works and inclusion that's performative.

Why should I care?

Because it's no longer optional.

Psychosocial hazards are a legal compliance issue under Australian WHS law — not a nice-to-have.

Beyond compliance, inclusive workplaces retain better, perform better, and cost less to run. The ROI is documented. The risk of inaction is real.

How do you help?

With 20 years of cross-sector experience and my own lived experience of neurodivergence, I bring something most consultants can't: I've been on both sides of this.

I know what it costs organisations to get it wrong, and I know what it costs individuals to survive in workplaces that weren't built for them. That's not a book perspective. That's the work.
