Service Description
Policies don't retain people. Managers do. And most managers — even good ones — haven't been given the tools to effectively support neurodivergent team members. This service equips people leaders with the practical knowledge and skills to recognise neurodivergent strengths, navigate reasonable adjustments, and build team environments that reduce psychosocial risk and improve performance. Because the organisations getting this right aren't doing it by accident — they've invested in their leaders. Managers will leave with: A clear, accurate understanding of neurodivergence and what it looks like in a team context. Practical communication strategies for supporting neurodivergent staff without singling them out. Confidence navigating reasonable adjustments and WHS psychosocial safety obligations. Tools to identify and address the environmental factors driving turnover in your team.
