The Neurodivergence Voice — Help Me Keep This Work Alive
One in five of us are neurodivergent. Most of them have spent years being told they're too much, not enough, or simply broken. I know this firsthand — and I built The Neurodivergence Voice to change it.
I'm Cass, a consultant, coach, and late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman based in Brisbane. For the past two years I've been doing dual work: helping organisations understand that neuroinclusion isn't charity — it's competitive advantage — and supporting late-diagnosed adults rebuild their sense of self after a lifetime of being misunderstood.
This work matters. But running a solo practice is expensive, and right now I need community support to keep it going.
Your contribution helps fund:
Research and content that gives neurodivergent people evidence-based tools, not platitudes
Low-cost and accessible coaching for late-diagnosed adults who can't afford corporate rates
Speaking and education that takes the neuroinclusion conversation into boardrooms, not just support groups
🤍 Supporter — Any amount You believe this work matters. That's enough. Thank you.
🧠 Community Member — $27 Free access to You Were Never The Problem — a self-paced course for late-diagnosed adults navigating post-diagnosis grief and identity reconstruction. Yours to keep, forever.
🎙️ Course Shaper — $75 Everything above, plus a genuine seat at the table. You'll be invited to share input on future course topics and content direction — because the people this work is for should help shape it.
🏢 Corporate Sponsor — $500+ Everything above, plus a free speaking opportunity for your organisation — a one-hour online session on neuroinclusion as competitive advantage, tailored to your People & Culture team. This is the conversation your leaders need to have.
No corporate backing. No institutional funding. Just one neurodivergent woman, two decades of cross-sector experience, and a genuine belief that the world works better when it's built for all kinds of minds.
Every contribution — large or small — keeps this work in the world.
